Final Timeline
Assessment and Evaluation Plan
During this time period:
- Covered all objectives (30+) and content for three modules

- Converted storyboards to wireframe in Articulate Storyline
- Multiple strategies covered in this development period. See Instructional Strategies in Final Timeline
b. Are there any changes to the strategy?
- Currently there are no changes to the strategies. After meeting with our SME and revising our modules, strategies may change. We may also need to change strategies if we are unable to develop our assessments with the Articulate software.
Over 30+ objectives are covered in the modules. Each strategy has been evaluated prior to implementing it in our learning module. An overview is provided below.
c. How does the existing strategy support learning and objectives?
- Various strategies are used to present information and assess learning. We have evaluated which objectives in each module need to be assessed to ensure deeper learning, and which objectives are best presented with direct instruction. We’ve also determined how to best use media elements such as video and audio.
d. What are the intended outcomes as a result of the strategy?
- The intended outcome of each strategy is different. A variety of assessments, direct instruction and scenarios are used to facilitate learning.
e. How does the strategy serve the content presentation and delivery?
- Each instructional strategy serves the content presentation and delivery by engaging the learner and establishing the best way to ensure learning.
Media Assessment

- Iteration of all modules in Storyline
- Media used: Images, Diagrams, Animations, Videos

Media is outlined in the timeline for each objective.
- Are there any changes to the media?
Yes. We are still in the process of evaluating and making changes to the media to ensure that we are using media for visual learning and to enhance the content.
- How do the media support learning and objectives?
- A video and images are used to make a visual connection between the Dream Center staff and the counselors taking the training.
- Media is used to tell the story of undocumented students and provide a visual representation of who they are.
- Images are used to show current political situations, myths, and populations
- Images and animations are used to show how counselors can visually show that they support undocumented students.
- How do the media serve the content presentation and delivery?
Media is used to enhance the presentation of the training and visually engage learners. For our training, visuals are important to normalize the undocumented situation for students, show counselors how to visually show they are UndocuAlly’s, and represent our students stories.
